Provided is an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive composition, which has good compatibility, exhibits no whitening phenomenon in the dampproof and heatproof condition, and inhibits generation of static electricity without changing durable reliance, transparency, adhesiveness, etc. The acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive composition comprises 100 parts by weight of an acryl-based copolymer, 0.01-25 parts by weight of a chelating agent capable of forming bonds with metal ions, and 0.001-25 parts by weight of alkali metal salts. The acrylic copolymer is prepared by copolymerizing (i) 90-99.9wt% of a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer having C1-12 alkyl groups and (ii) 0.1-10wt% of a vinyl monomer and/or an acryl-based monomer having crosslinkable functional groups.
