<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed container having a lid of high sealability which is surely bonded even if having an easily openable structure for which a knurling process is applied especially on the heat-welding surface of a flange in such a manner that the lid made of a laminated sheet for the sealed container having the lid is surely bonded to the container by heat-welding. <P>SOLUTION: This container having the heat-weldable lid comprises a main body container 1 of which the upper surface is opened, and the lid 4 having a flange 3 which can be heat-welded by being placed on a flange 2 of the main body container 1. For the lid 4, a polybutylene terephthalate resin is made a base material layer, and a heat-weldable thermoplastic resin layer is placed on the flange 2 of the main body container 1, and integrated to form the container having the heat-weldable lid made of the laminated sheet. Since the polybutylene terephthalate resin is a heat-resistant resin having good thermal conductivity, a calorific value which is fed from the outside for the heat-sealing can efficiently be transmitted to the thermoplastic resin, and heat-welding sealing is surely performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
