<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective and practical method for selecting highly compatible molecules capable of creating the combinations of ≥2 different bonding sites against a target substance (or the group of substances) simply and systematically by utilizing a high bonding activity (avidity) in the conventional methods of the selection for creating the highly compatible molecule by using a protein display, and further capable of selecting the combinations of the target substance bonding sites based on the molecular constitutions of the final highly compatible molecules (highly bonding active molecules). <P>SOLUTION: This method of the selection for creating highly compatible new proteins is provided by selecting the highly compatible molecules from a new protein group simply and systematically based on the final molecular constitution against the target molecule by constituting the new proteins from ≥2 functional polypeptide chains, in which each of the functional polypeptide chains has a site of bonding with the target substance (the group of substances) and a site for associating the functional polypeptide chains with each other on different parts of the molecule from each other, and utilizing the bonding activity (avidity) effect. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
