<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a thermoplastic resin film free from the flaw caused by sticking mark trouble or surface transfer trouble and good in surface state. <P>SOLUTION: When the thermoplastic resin film is formed by discharging a molten thermoplastic resin 12A to the surface of a cooling drum 26 in a sheetlike form from a die 24 after the thermoplastic resin is melted in an extruder 22 to cool and solidify the sheetlike molten resin, the low-molecular component volatilized from the molten thermoplastic resin 12A discharged from the die 24 is sucked and removed by a suction means 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
