<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support device or the like for baking capable of improving the baking efficiency of bread or improving baking quality by performing baking management according to peculiar circumstances of a baking line. <P>SOLUTION: This support device for baking has: a network IF 6 receiving an input of identification information for uniquely identifying a processing target in a baking process in each prescribed processing unit, first baking history information related to the processing target processed in the first processing unit, and second baking history information related to the processing target processed in a second processing unit different from the first processing unit; an external storage part 2 associating the inputted identification information, first baking history information and second baking history information to one another and storing them; and a history control part 5a associating the first baking history information and the second baking history information related to the processing target corresponding to the first baking history information to the inputted identification information and storing them in an external storage part 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
