METHOD OF ESTIMATING PROPERTY CHANGE IN GAS CONDUIT, PROPERTY CHANGE ESTIMATING PROGRAM AND PROPERTY CHANGE ESTIMATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a property change estimating method for accurately seizing the behavior of a property change in a conduit with the replacement of gas to be transported or a change of a mixture ratio.

SOLUTION: The property change estimating method is provided for seizing the behavior of the property change of gas flowing in the gas conduit when the mixture ratio of different types of gas flowing in the gas conduit is changed. A predetermined diffusion equation is used for finding the behavior of a concentration change of the gas in the gas conduit on the downstream side from a point where the mixture ratio is changed, in accordance with the mixture ratio before/after changed, a flow rate in the gas conduit and a diffusion coefficient.
