PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decline of reading accuracy of a sensor even near a heat source without wasting useless power. SOLUTION: In a constitution wherein casing is performed around the sensor, and a thermo-module (Peltier element) is in contact with the case, ON/OFF control of a current to the thermo-module (Peltier element) is performed according to an environmental change outside the case.
