PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone power supply control circuit of a handsfree device which can be easily set to OFF by adding simple hardware configurations even designed under the specification that the power source of a portable telephone can only be set to ON when the power source of the handsfree device is severed. SOLUTION: With the power source of the handsfree device at the time of setting to ON, the power supply control terminal of the portable telephone is controlled by a software to "H" or "L" so that the power supply control of the portable telephone can be performed, and with the power source of the handsfree device at the time of setting to OFF, the control terminal is turned OFF by setting the control terminal to "L" with hardware configurations.
