PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door intercom device by which a user can enjoy going out feeling safety by making it possible to leave a visitor's important message even if the visitor visits during a communication device performs a certain function. SOLUTION: When a telephone device 50 performs a certain function, and voice data from a master unit 20 in a house of the door intercom device is in a state not being able to be stored in a voice storage of the telephone device 50; inquiry notification which asks whether a predetermined function is under operation or not is transmitted from the master unit 20 in the house of the door intercom device through a communication line C, and the voice data are possible to be certainly sent to the telephone device 50 from the master unit 20 in the house of the door intercom device. As a result, the master unit 20 in the house of the door intercom device discriminates whether transmission of the voice data is possible or not according to the reply.
