PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless LAN IP phone set capable of suitably switching an AP in response to variation in radio wave intensity. SOLUTION: The wireless LAN IP phone set which is an end point (hereinafter EP terminal) for VOIP (Voice Over IP) making a call by using a wireless LAN, and equipped with a mechanism for performing switching operation from an access point (hereinafter AP) of the wireless LAN to an AP is equipped with a first means which detects the radio wave intensity 10 at an AP and initiates the AP switching operation when the radio wave intensity 10 is less than a set AP switching operation threshold 11, and a second means where an AP switching operation limit reset threshold 15 larger than the AP switching operation threshold 11 is set and which performs switching to another AP when the radio wave intensity during a connection is less than the set AP switching operation threshold 11 and the radio wave intensity of the other AP is larger than the AP switching operation limit reset value 15.
