PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device accurately establishing a state of communication with a calling-destination device while avoiding a digit drop of a dial signal. SOLUTION: When dial input is performed ("dial input 1", "dial input 2", and "dial input 3") before a timer clocks three seconds, no dial signal is sent to a telephone line 31 in the timing of the input. When the timer finishes the clocking operation ("timer ending"), a dial signal corresponding to dialing inputted so far is sent to the telephone line 31 ("dialing 1").
