PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and inexpensive flow rate control valve in which flow rate can be accurately adjusted even when used under a corrosive environment. SOLUTION: The flow rate control valve 1A for adjusting the position of a diaphragm valve element 8 is provided with a resin-made movable member 11 in which a resin-made retaining member 3 and a resin-made cover 4 are connected to a resin-made passage block 2 to form the external appearance, and which is connected to the diaphragm valve element 8 movably stored in a housing chamber 10 in the axial direction, and a resin-made stroke adjusting member 13 which is inserted in the cover 4, connected to the movable member 11 having one end placed in the housing chamber10 and the other end projecting outward. A differential screw is comprised of a resin-made first connecting screw 14 installed between the movable member 11 and the stroke adjusting member 13, and a resin-made second connecting screw 15 installed between the stroke adjusting member 13 and the cover 4.
