PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic having a lustrous appearance and an excellent long time stability. SOLUTION: The oily solid cosmetic comprises (A) an oily component containing not less than 40 mass% of a polar oil and a silicone oil in aggregate and having a silicone oil content of not more than 20 mass%, (B) a specific lysin derivative-modified silicone and (C) a liquid alcohol. Preferably, (C) is ethanol and/or glycerin. Preferably, the cosmetic contains 0.1-10 mass% of a spherical resin powder. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
