<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recovering and cleaning sludge and oil such as chips and chip powder mixed in used coolant liquid. <P>SOLUTION: In this device, a non-magnetic container 3 having no coolant liquid entering in coolant tank liquid 2 is submerged in water, a loop-shaped endless belt mounted with at least one or more magnets 5 to work attracting surfaces of the magnets 5 in a direction perpendicular to moving of the loop-shaped endless belt is rotated by a driving motor in the container 3, a scraper 9 is provided on an outer periphery of a disc 10 to forcibly scrape sludge 20, the scraper 9 provided on the outer periphery of the disc 10 is provided with an angle to feed the sludge 20 in the outer peripheral direction of the circumference, the outer periphery of the disc 10 is made to have a larger diameter than a moving locus, a discharge side circular-arc shaped sludge guide 11 for preventing sludge escape is provided on the outer periphery of the scraper 9, magnetic chips and chip powder are attracted on the attracting surfaces of the non-magnetic container 3, and non-magnetic sludge and oil are simultaneously recovered and are discharged form an upper discharging part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
