FLAT PLATE TYPE SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat plate type solid oxide fuel cell in which transmission loss of power at connection portion is reduced by increasing adhesion between each cells, and manifolds for performing supply and exhaust of the fuel gas and oxidizer gas to the unit cell can be securely sealed.

SOLUTION: An interconnector 12 which electrically connects the unit cells 3 and performs supply and exhaust of fuel gas and oxidizer gas to the unit cells 3 is pressed by a first pressure mechanism 4 and connects the cells 3 electrically. Manifolds M1-M4 which supply each gas to the interconnector 12 are respectively pressured by a second pressure mechanism 5.
