<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a halogen-free flame-retardant resin composition which can satisfy the insulators of insulated wires and the outer coatings or electrically insulated tubes of cables with mechanical characteristics, thermal deformability, flexibility, flame retardancy and terminal processability, little produces deposits, when extrusion-molded, and can thereby stabilize the appearances of the molded articles, and to provide an electric wire and an electrically insulated tube formed by applying the resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: This flame retardant resin composition is characterized by comprising 150 to 300 pts.wt. of a hydrated metal compound and 100 pts.wt. of a composition comprising 30 to 80 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated styrenic thermoplastic elastomer, 1 to 50 pts.wt. of a modified styrenic thermoplastic elastomer modified with reactive functional groups, 5 to 40 pts.wt. of a modified polyolefin resin modified with reactive functional groups, and 1 to 30 pts.wt. of a polyfunctional compound having a plurality of reactive functional groups in one molecule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
