<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly connect an internal combustion engine to a transmission, and to quickly output a necessary power from the connected internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: When a start connection time operation is instructed, a request torque Td* is set based on accelerator opening Acc and a speed V, and a request power P* is calculated, and synchronous revolution Ntag is set based on the calculated request power P* (S100 to S120). Thus, it is possible to efficiently operate an engine just after starting the engine, and connecting the engine by a clutch, and to output the request torque Td*. After setting the synchronous revolution Ntag, when a difference between the rotation frequency Nin of the input shaft and the synchronous revolution Ntag is a threshold N1 or more, the synchronous revolution Ntag is reset based on the difference of the revolution (S130 to S170).
