<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food composition, further particularly, a new food composition useful for improving or preventing acne. <P>SOLUTION: The food composition comprises (1) copper gluconate and (2) zinc gluconate and the composition is prepared so that mass ratio of the copper gluconate (1) to the zinc gluconate becomes 1:99 to 10:90. The food composition, further preferably comprises vitamin Bs. Vitamin B2 and/or vitamin B6 is preferably used as the vitamin Bs. The vitamin Bs are preferably coated with an edible oil and fat.
