<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize key input without operating a keyboard and to realize click and drag operation with the fingertips of both of the hands. <P>SOLUTION: In order to realize key input without operating the keyboard, motion detection sensors 4 (principle similar to a laser mouse or an optical mouse) and tactile sensors 5 (such as conductive rubber, a piezoelectric element, etc.) are mounted to the fingertips of both of the hands (an image of mounting a small laser mouse or optical mouse to each fingertip), and the motion information of each fingertip is transmitted to various kinds of information processors such as a personal computer, a PDA, and a cellular phone.
