PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular driving force control device for performing speed reducing control in the best form not to impair the stability of a vehicle when the vehicle travels in the condition that vehicle behavior is easily influenced, or when determining that the vehicle is turned or a tire is slipped, e.g. SOLUTION: The vehicular driving force control device performs speed reducing control of the vehicle in accordance with the intent of a driver to reduce a speed. It comprises a control part for controlling the vehicle to be stabilized, and an index value estimating or detecting part for estimating or detecting a plurality of index values which give influences to the travelling stability of the vehicle. The control part performs first control (S70) for controlling the vehicle to be stabilized in accordance with the first index value S60 and performs second control (S110, S120) different in control content from the first control for controlling the vehicle to be stabilized in accordance with the second index value (S80).
