PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented vapor deposition polyamide resin film roll capable of being smoothly subjected to bag making processing in a good yield to efficiently obtain a package having no S-shaped curl. SOLUTION: In the vapor deposition polyamide resin film roll, not only the first sample cutting part is provided to a film roll, which is formed by taking up a film before vapor deposition within a range of 2 m from the winding terminal of the film roll but also the final cutting part is provided to the film roll within the range of 2 m from the winding start part of the film. In such a case that a material cutting part is provided every about 100 m from the first sample cutting part, the physical properties such as a boiling water shrinkage factor, the refractive index or the like in a thickness direction are adjusted so as to become fluctuation width of a predetermined range with respect to all of the samples cut from respective cutting parts.
