PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server capable of interlocking with a sound communication system using telephone exchanges, if the telephone exchanges are set in any state. SOLUTION: A VCS server SV1 has a setting information control table having stored setting information showing the existence or absence of the overlap code settings, corresponding to the node ID of each main unit BT3, BT4. Using setting information stored and controlled about the main units BT3, BT4, the VCS server SV1 decides whether the overlap codes are set. If the overlap codes are set, the VCS server SV1 identifies private line terminals T31, T41 as connection targets, based on caller information contained in call information events and the overlap codes stored in a setting information control table 132.
