PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure design device, structure design program and structure design method of a building for achieving the structure design of a building for enabling set layout by using standard structural materials. SOLUTION: This structure design device is provided with a pole arranging means 12 for automatically arranging poles at the corner parts of each room and the edge parts of each opening in layout set on a plan, a structural compartment generating means 13 for automatically selecting the poles positioned within the standard dimensions of horizontal structural materials from standard poles, and for automatically generating a rectangular region(structural compartment) and a framing plan generating means 14 for automatically generating a framing plan where horizontal structural materials are arranged in the peripheral edge section of a structural compartment. Thus, it is possible to automatically generate the structural compartment from the standard dimensions of the horizontal structural materials such as footings, beams or crossbeams regardless of any partition section, and to generate the framing plan where the horizontal structural materials are arranged in the peripheral edge section of the structural compartment.
