PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method and a repairing apparatus of a liquid crystal panel by which a display defect caused by dust can be repaired with high yield. SOLUTION: The repairing method of the liquid crystal panel by which a defective pixel of the liquid crystal panel is irradiated with laser light, is characterized in that the dust is not substantially irradiated with the laser light but at least a part of the part except the dust of the defective pixel is irradiated with the laser light in the defective pixel including the dust.
