PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retort pouch for a flavoring material such as a soup for a one-pot dishes which is necessary when the flavoring material is used on a dining table, allows the entire amount of the soup or an arbitrarily adjusted amount of the soup to be poured into a pot, is stable and proof against spilling even if placed on the dining table after unsealing the pouch and favorable in appearance. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the retort pouch, a lower portion thereof has a gusset which is formed by inserting an inward folded bottom film into a lower gap between two front and rear wall films, and heat-sealing peripheral edges of the films to each other, and a body is formed of heat-sealing peripheral edges on both lateral sides of the two front and rear wall films along side sealing portions. Herein the lower gusset is heat-sealed according to a sealing pattern that imparts a self-supporting property to the pouch, and the pouch has arcuate concave portion at both side near a longitudinal intermediate location of the pouch.
