PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content extruding container which is easy in assembling by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This content extruding container is constituted in such a manner that a discharging member 14 (15) is positioned in the rotative direction to a connecting member 13 and a neck 3 by engaging an engaging section 20 which extends to the rearward of the discharging member 14 (15) with a first section 50 to be engaged of the connecting member 13 and second sections 10 and 30 to be engaged of the neck 3. Thus, the assembling is facilitated by the simple constitution, and the engaging section 20 of the discharging member 14 (15) is made to work for engagement both in the rotative directions for two parts of the connecting member 13 and the neck 3, and the assembling is facilitated by a further simpler constitution.
