PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain food and drink relievedly and continuously eatable and drinkable even to an elderly person and a child even in the case of mixing green leaves or fresh leaves with ice cream. SOLUTION: The food and drink is obtained by mixing with ice cream at least one kind selected from the group consisting of green leaves of green leaf barley as monocotyledon containing no caffeine and tannin, green leaf extract, green leaf powder, fresh leaves, fresh leaf extract and fresh leaf powder, or at least one kind selected from their processed products, or a combination of at least one kind selected from their processed products and at least one kind selected from their unprocessed products.
