PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cleaning water from leaking from a salting tank to prevent the floor surface from being wetted by the cleaning water, and to prevent steam from being released from the salting tank to prevent a chamber from being filled with the steam in a device for cleaning the meat-salting tank. SOLUTION: The device for cleaning the meat-salting tank is constituted as mentioned below. A pipe 3 penetrates a shielding plate 2, and a nozzle 5 is installed in the tip of the pipe, and inserted to the interior of the salting tank 1. A first elastic body 8 is arranged around the pipe 3, supported by the shielding plate 2 and pushed to an opened terminal of the salting tank 1. A second elastic body 10 is arranged on the outside of the first elastic body 8, supported by the shielding plate 2 and pushed to the periphery surface of the salting tank 1.
