PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening container to be set on a building, capable of holding a soil member for raising plants in the best surroundings on a rooftop or a roof of a building. SOLUTION: This greening container 1 to be set on a rooftop or a roof of a building has a bottomed outer frame container body 2 having an opened top, a path part 3 set adjacently to the outer frame container body 2 and a leg part which keeps the outer frame container body 2 and the path part 3 at a prescribed height on a rooftop or a roof of a building. The outer frame container body 2 is brought to a dual structure container body through inserting an inner frame container body 5 for holding a soil member W for raising plants into the outer frame container body 2.
