A first, slightly curved pipe (1) is guided through the bearing of the jockey wheel and secured with a pin (3c). The pipe (1) has a narrow upper segment (1d) to be inserted into the lower end (2a) of a long straight pipe (2). The unit is secured with a projection (3f) located at the outer surface of the first pipe (1) engaging with a complementary hole (2e) in the upper pipe (2). The upper pipe (2) can be assembled of two parts.
