New organopolysiloxane from aroma alcohol useful in a textile treating agent, detergent, perfume detergent and a body care agent

Organopolysiloxane (I), from aroma alcohol comprising at least a betaine ester functional group Z, are new. Organopolysiloxane (I), from aroma alcohol comprising at least a betaine ester functional group Z of formula -(N +>R 1>R 2>-CH 2-C(O)OY 1>A ->), are new. R 1>, R 2>1-30C alkyl or hydroxyethyl; Y 1>OH : an aroma alcohols; and A ->anion of acid HA. Independent claims are included for: (1) a textile treating agent, comprising (I); (2) a detergent comprising at least a surfactant and (I); (3) a perfumed detergent comprising (I) in the form of an aqueous dispersion; and (4) a body care agent comprising (I).
