<p>A fitness trainer especially for stomach muscles has a board (13) for prone support and with two pivot mounted arm bars (15, 16) fitted with hand grips (20) and with two pivot mounted leg bars (17, 18) with leg grips. The two sets of bars are moved against resistance and either or both bars of each set can be operated independently or together, with two grips or with a common grip. The system can be fitted to existing exercise boards. The user braces the legs against the leg supports thereby reducing the risk of lumbar strain.</p> |
