<p>A swimsuit for sunbathing, swimming, and/or other water or beach related activities comprises at least one cover member having an inner surface and an outer surface and at least one fastener disposed on the inner surface of the cover member. The fastener is adapted to substantially secure the cover member to the skin of a wearer. The fastener may be removably attached to a fastener pad of the cover member, where the fastener pad may be constructed as a polymeric patch or coating secured to the inner surface of the cover member.
