[PROBLEMS] To enhance completeness as a power incorporating wheel by applying the driving principle of a lightweight, low heat generation linear motor to the outer circumferential part of a wheel exhibiting high energy efficiency, and enclosing the drive section in a high pressure pressurized chamber requiring a cooler for controlling heat generation along with a linear motor becoming a power source so that dustproof/drip-proof treatment can be realized. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Conventional system for connecting power externally to a wheel is disused and a prime mover having the driving principle of linear motor is incorporated in the wheel and heat generated from the driving section is radiated by a simple incorporated mechanism. Dustproof/drip-proof is realized by enclosing the driving section environment including electric units and bearings in a high pressure pressurized chamber thus obtaining a power incorporating wheel of high completeness which can be used in an unleveled outdoor ground such as muddy place or sandy place or under a variety of severe environments including underwater, when only power supply is available from the outside of a wheel.
