<p>Manufacture of a spectroscopic fluid flow cell, comprising using first (10) and second (22) windows. The second window has two or more sample fluid flow passages (24). A structured thin film (18) layer is applied to one of the transparent windows and secured, thus forming a through-flow chamber (26) accessible only via the passages. Part of a chamber (28) is filled with a casting between the windows and secured by a bonding agent. The thin film has a viscosity of at least 10000 MPas at 20 degreesC and is applied in a ring-shaped pattern.</p> |
