A DSD LCD(Double-Select Diode Liquid Crystal Display) driving method and a driving device thereof are provided to effectively prevent flicker by keeping asymmetrical positive and negative polarities of existing pixel voltages balanced. A driving method proper for a matrix drive display having a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix form and selectively driven by first and second selection lines(SAn,SBn), respectively, and transmitting data to be displayed through a data line includes a step of alternately changing the voltage polarities applied to the first and second selection lines when the voltage polarity applied to the data line is renewed at every frames. The voltage polarities applied to the first and second selection lines are complementary to each other.
