The system has a fixed part constituted of a ring (35) with a spin (24), and a sliding cross piece (26) with a base plate (36) slidingly mounted on a sliding surface of the fixed part. The plate has complementary anti-rotating units with a cut (62) formed in the plate, and the fixed part has anti-rotating units constituted by a pin (64) projecting from the cut to limit rotation of the cross piece with respect to the fixed part.
