A power takeoff device is provided to reduce the installation space and the assembly process by connecting an operation device and a pneumatic pressure device in direct coupled type. A power takeoff device comprises an input shaft(10) receiving the driving force generated from an engine; an output shaft(12) transferring the driving force from the input shaft to the outside; a synchro device(14) regulating the driving force supply between the input and the output shafts; and an operation device(16) controlling the operation of the synchro device. The operation device comprises a shift fork(16a) operating the synchro device; an operation rod(16b) installing the shift fork; and an actuator supplying the operating force in an axial direction with the operation rod. The synchro device is composed of an output gear(12a) engaged with an input gear(10a) of the input shaft, installed to idle about the output shaft, and formed with a first clutch gear(12b) at a side unit; a second clutch gear(12c) integrally formed with the output shaft at side unit of the first clutch gear; and a sleeve(14a) movably engaged around the second clutch gear in an axial direction, placed to be able to be engaged with a first clutch gear, and formed with a recess unit combined to the one end of the shift fork.
