A needle-like member, comprising a first needle-like member and a second needle-like member. The first needle-like member (13) further comprises a columnar part (13a) formed of a conductive material such as a metal and extending in the vertical direction and a contact part (13b) formed on the semiconductor integrated circuit (1) (contacted body) side of the columnar body (13a) which are formed integrally with each other. A through hole (13d) is formed in the columnar part (13a) in the longitudinal direction of the first needle- like member (13), and the through hole (13d) comprises an open end also on the contact part (13b) side. Thus, when the first needle-like member (13) is manufactured, a processing direction for forming the contact part (13b) on a bar-like body used as a raw material and a drill inserting direction for forming the through hole (13d) can be aligned with each other, and the first needle-like member can be easily manufactured.
