A hydroforming equipment capable of excluding an interference between the actual punches and the tube material due to tolerance of the tube material or a mold when connecting actual punches and a tube material to each other is provided. A hydroforming equipment comprises position alignment units(PU) installed both inner portions of an upper mold(5) corresponding to both ends of a tube material to align both end positions of the tube material relative to the actual punches by pre-pressurizing and pre-holding the both ends of the tube material toward a face(F1) of a lower mold that is an operating reference surface of the actual punches when uniting the upper mold and the lower mold with each other. The position alignment units comprise: mounting grooves(25) formed in both inner portions of the upper mold corresponding to both ends of the tube material; fixed plates(27) of which both ends are respectively clamped by clamping bolts(29) inserted from sides of front and rear parts of the upper mold in the state that the fixed plates are inserted into the mounting grooves, and in which a plurality of guide holes(31) are vertically formed; guide bolts(33) which are slidably inserted into the respective guide holes on the fixed plates, and which have a head(35) with a stopper function formed on the top thereof and a screw thread(37) formed on a lower portion thereof; pre-pressurizing steels(39) which are partially projected relative to a face(F2) of the upper mold in the state that the pre-pressurizing steels are inserted into the mounting grooves, and of which upper ends are clamped to the guide bolts by screws; and elastic members(41) interposed between the pre-pressurizing steels and the fixed plates to provide elastic force toward the pre-pressurizing steels.
