<p>A roaming system within a BTS in a mobile communication network and a method thereof are provided to excellently maintain RF reception characteristics of a mobile communication terminal through tuning of a roaming network when a wireless signal of a home network reaches a specific threshold value, thereby improving speech quality that a user feels. A roaming system within a BTS(Base Transceiver Station) in a mobile communication network comprises the followings: a roaming BTS(100) allowed for roaming within the mobile communication network; plural home BTSs(200) in which it is discriminated whether being adjacent to the roaming BTS(100) or not, and processes mobile communication services within each of corresponding areas, respecively; and a mobile communication terminal(300) which acquires a roaming signal value of the roaming BTS(100) by searching the roaming BTS(100) when received power is below a threshold value in a state of being located within an area of a home BTS(200) adjacent to the roaming BTS(100), and is tuned to the roaming BTS(100) when the roaming signal value is above the threshold value to process a service.</p> |
