<p>The rail has a splice bar (7) comprising openings (23) that form pins (18) distributed in series along a splice bar forming section. The splice bar contacts downstream and upstream stringers (3, 4), where the stringer (4) is placed on the top of the stringer (3) by utilizing the splice bar. The pins are oriented along a longitudinal axis of the rail in the direction of proximal ends (9, 16) of the stringers. The stringers comprise zones that overlap recesses (19, 20) and cooperate with the pins. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a guard rail (2) a method for mounting a guard rail along a traffic lane.</p> |
