<p>The breakdown aid comprises a drive-on plank of solid wood or other material such as plastics, or metal with defined profiling on the upper surface and with integrated wheel change tools. After driving into the troughs of the plank the axle level is raised by about 6 to 8 cm (depending on the wheel suspension in the trailer) so that the second wheel of the tandem axle floats freely over the inclined plane of he plank and the wheel on this axle can be changed without having to remove the load. The base and fixing plates are detachably connected to the tools through screws. The metal parts of the base plate are made of stainless steel. the breakdown aid can be designed differently for other uses and vehicles .</p>
