A treatment method for erectile dysfunction by using near infrared LED and a medical device according to the same method are provided to be used for long-term treatment without any side effects, and to be used easily by a user at home. The treatment method for erectile dysfunction by using near infrared LED is to induce erection by irradiating near infrared LED having wavelength of 830-930nm to a corpus spongiosum of a penis and increasing nitrogen oxide at the inside of blood vessel of the penis. The treatment device for erectile dysfunction includes a pad portion having plural light emitting chambers(20), printed circuit boards(22), near infrared LEDs(24), elastic bands(30), and right and left side coupling bands(40), and a control portion(50) for controlling the pad portion electrically.
