A fusing device of an electrophotographic image forming apparatus is provided to effectively remove static electricity of paper while having insulated elastic pressurizing members by comprising an elastic pressurizing member on the outer surface of at least one of a heat roller and a pressure roller as electrically connecting paper with a shaft of the roller. A pair of fusing rollers(21,24) have elastic pressurizing members at outer peripheral surfaces. One of the fusing rollers has a shaft(26), made of a conductive material and grounded through a predetermined connection structure, and a conductive shaft expanded part(261) formed at one end of the roller and expanded from the shaft to outer peripheral surface of the roller in a radial direction, wherein a surface of the conductive shaft expanded part is electrically connected with the shaft.
