Provided is a hydrogen sulfide gas removing agent that has excellent removal efficiency of hydrogen sulfide gas generated from a blast furnace plant of an ironmaking industry, is stable to the human body, and improves a pipe clogging phenomenon by preventing scales from being generated on facilities or pipes. A hydrogen sulfide gas removing agent comprises: (a) 10 to 30 wt.% of a primary amine compound of a formula of RNH2; (b) 10 to 25 wt.% of a secondary amine compound of a formula of (R^1)2NH; (c) 5 to 20 wt.% of at least one amine compound selected from the group consisting of a tertiary amine compound of a formula of (R^2)3N, a diamine compound of a formula of H2NR^3NH2 and a cyclic amine compound; (d) 20 to 50 wt.% of a solubilizing agent; (e) 1 to 5 wt.% of a dispersing agent; and (f) a balance of water, wherein R, R^1, R^2 and R^3 are an alkyl or aryl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms.
