A navigation service method of a vehicle is provided to supply navigation service including the travel route of passengers of the preceding vehicle when some persons move to the same destination with driving vehicles, by informing the relative positions and the distance between the vehicles. A navigation service method of a vehicle includes steps of: connecting a mobile communication terminal(10) to a service server(50) providing navigation route data about the starting place and the destination, through a wireless network(20); requesting a navigation service for informing the position of companions of the other vehicle and the mutual distance between the vehicles by inputting the number of a mobile communication terminal(40) of the companion; checking the position of the mobile communication terminal of the companion corresponding to the mobile communication terminal number requested through a location based service server(60) by the service server; and performing a navigation service for informing the mutual distance from the position of the companion through the mobile communication terminal by the service server having checked the position of the mobile communication terminal of the companion.
