An incoming and outgoing gate of a housing area using air is provided to reduce the production and maintenance cost by using cheap components, to prevent vehicles from being injured due to a lack of expertness in operating the gate, and to easily utilize the gate without damage on the device even under external impact. An incoming and outgoing gate of a housing area using air comprises an overspeed preventing sill(70) installed at the entry of vehicles; a weight sensor(60) detecting in/out of the vehicle; a corrugated pipe bracket rotatively supporting a corrugated pipe; a post fixed with the corrugated pipe bracket on the lower end and formed with a light emitting unit on the upper end; the corrugated pipe fixed on the lower end of the post to be extended up and down; a gate bar moved up and down along the extension of the corrugated pipe; and a control unit operating the corrugated pipe by the weight sensor.
