An apparatus for manufacturing a head rest for a vehicle is provided to promptly and easily manufacture the head rest by clearly removing foam liquid dregs residing at an introduction section of a mold frame and a foaming liquid injection opening of a foaming head. In an apparatus for manufacturing a head rest for a vehicle, a feeding plate(3) ascending and descending along both side guides is installed between a turn table and a foaming liquid injection unit. A foaming liquid injection connecting unit(1) and a washing unit(2) are installed at predetermined positions of the feeding plate. A feeding cylinder(42) in which a foaming liquid removing member(4) is installed is installed at an end of a cylinder rod(41) and a separating material injection nozzle is installed on the same line as an upper portion of the foaming liquid removing member.
