摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of sensors necessary for feed-forward controlling a mixture ratio of primary hot water and cold water in a cogeneration system for mixing the primary hot water heated by power generation exhaust heat with the cold water, and heating the same by a water heater to adjust the hot water to a set temperature. SOLUTION: A unit 88 is connected between the hot water storing tank 49 for the primary hot water heated by power generation exhaust heat and the water heater 81 for supplying the secondary hot water of set temperature. The unit 88 comprises a mixing unit 75 for receiving and mixing the primary hot water and the cold water, and supplying the same to the water heater, mixture ratio adjusting units 63, 65 for adjusting a mixture ratio of the primary hot water and the cold water to be mixed, a first temperature sensor 71 for measuring a temperature of the primary hot water before mixing, a flow rate sensor 78 for measuring a flow rate of the hot water after mixing, and a means for determining the mixture ratio. The mixture ratio determining means 86 determines the mixture ratio to obtain the calculated supply temperature after mixing.
